EB-3 is an employment-based U.S. immigration category. Qualifying employment generally involves a U.S. employer sponsor.
The EB-3 employment-based immigration category can provide a pathway for eligible foreign workers to obtain U.S. permanent residence through qualifying employment with a U.S. employer.
At De-Genesis, our role is to help candidates understand available opportunities, prepare professionally, connect with appropriate employment opportunities, and navigate the practical stages of their international mobility journey.
Where immigration legal services are required, those services must be provided by an appropriate U.S. immigration attorney or other authorized legal professional.
Workers whose qualifying positions generally require at least two years of training or work experience.
Workers whose qualifying positions generally require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying education.
Workers performing qualifying permanent jobs that generally require less than two years of training or experience.
Eligibility depends on the specific job, employer, immigration category and individual circumstances.

Browse and apply for EB-3 Visa sponsorship jobs that match your qualifications and career goals.
If selected, your employer will file a Labor Certification (PERM) with the U.S. Department of Labor to demonstrate that no U.S. workers are available for the job.
After obtaining PERM certification, your employer will file an Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (I-140) with USCIS, requesting your EB-3 Visa.
Once your I-140 is approved, you will apply for an EB-3 Visa at a U.S. Consulate or Embassy abroad, or adjust your status to EB-3 in the U.S. if you are already in the country.
Upon arrival in the U.S., you will begin your employment with your EB-3 Visa sponsor and work towards obtaining your Green Card.
